Counselling sessions are 50 minutes. First session will be an initial assessment to determine the issues and treatment plan and detail the contract between us and how to proceed together.

All sessions are 50 minutes. First session is an overall assessment. Psychotherapy is counselling, but often deals with deeper issues and can be more than weekly.
